Theme or OS issue?

I'm using Breeze Dark theme and some of the buttons are difficult to see --

See how icons to the left of CONFIGURE and HELP are difficult to see? And the arrow to the left of OVERVIEW is impossible to see? I know that since there is nowhere to go back to for overview the back arrow shouldn't be illuminated, but it doesn't do it anyways.

it dose ,,,,,,,,,,but just not much , hard to tell.

yes it's a theme issue.

Switch the icon theme to Breeze Dark. Both the icon theme and the color scheme go together.
