[14.10 64Bit]-"MS Core Fonts" Missing Muon Package Manager?

    Hi,

    I recently installed Kubuntu 14.10 64Bit.
I am looking for Microsoft MS Core Fonts in Muon Package Manager but can't find them?
How do I install MS Core Fonts?

    Thanks!

    Jesse

    Install ttf-mscorefonts-installer.
Using Kubuntu Linux since March 23, 2007

      Hi,

I don't see it in Muon Package Manager?
Do I need to download it from some website?

      Thanks!

You have to have the multiverse repository enabled.

          Hi,

I searched on the Internet and found this deb.
When I double-click on the deb it says "Error: can't satisfy dependencies"?

          What must I do now?
          Thanks!

            Hi,

I found this website which told me what to do.
Then I installed above deb and it's working.

            Thanks!

              Hi,

It was confusing, but I got it working.

For anyone else, ttf-mscorefonts MUST be installed in Muon Package Manager
because you must agree to the license popup window. (it won't be shown in terminal)

Surely that's not true, unless it's changed since 14.04. I've installed it using apt (and apt-get and aptitude in the past). The licence agreement comes up as full-screen text-based prompt (ncurses I presume).
I'd rather be locked out than locked in.

that is correct ,,,,,use the "Tab" key to except/not-except the license.
