How do I regenerate a transparent panel ?

I find the transparent panel that comes with installation is really useful to put things I use all the time.

Unfortunately I end up losing it or minimizing it into the task bar and can't figure out how to get it back in place.

if I add a new panel it clings to the edges rather than be positioned on the desktop they way the old one was.

Silly I know, but i can't find any references to how to make this happen :{

I am betting that you are talking about the Folder widget, which is not a Panel (which by design will cling to a screen edge)

Right-click on the desktop somewhere and select Add Widgets, and look for "Folder", and drag it to the desktop
