Krename - Renaming Folders?

I am using Krename 4.0.9 in Dolphin and I cannot get it to rename folders. No matter what I do it just ignores folders. In old documentation for V.3 it said there was a check box someplace to rename directories only but that is noplace in this version. Anyone have a clue how to batch rename folders in Krename?

Thank You so much. #2 was the missing step. I usually just use it without adding any files (right click in folder). I could not figure out where the "add directories" was since I never had that dialogue open.
