Problems installing Kubuntu 14.04 in a dual boot configuration

    Hi all,

I have run into some troubles regarding installation of Kubuntu as dual boot with a windows 8.1 partition. I have searched the internet for solutions, but without any luck.
The problem is that when i reach the 'disk setup' in the Kubuntu installation where I need to specify the partition on which Kubuntu should be installed, I don't see my partitions, but only see the whole SSD disk with the option of formatting the whole disk - however I want to do a dual boot.

This is how my 'disk management' looks like in Windows. The reason why I also have a 1GB partition is due to an advice I followed from a forum post to shrink the C drive - but unfortunately, this didn't work. I only need a Windows and a Kubuntu partition.

This is how the 'disk setup' looks like in Kubuntu. Only the full disk is visible.

I tried to 'Try Kubunutu' instead of installing, and wrote
    Code:
    sudo fdisk -lu
, and I got the following output

I am out of ideas now, I really hope some of you can help

    Thank you in advance!

Nevermind, solved it by using the program 'fixparts' :-)
