How to I stop Instant Messasing Presence?

Hello,
In my taskbar, I have an "Instant Messaging Presence" that is always running. How can I kill this process and prevent it from starting when I log in?

Do you have any accounts configured in System Settings -> Instant Messaging and VOIP?
