Toying with the idea of getting a pcie 4 sata III adaptor. ports on asus M78-ltm are only sata II. SSD can do sata III. Since the other drives would be connected to the mobo, should I anticipate boot problems? When I had an esata adaptor installed, it kept trying to make the external sda. If this would happen with an internal. it would be ideal.
Also, any good recommends for an internal sata/raid adaptor? The 'raid; that comes with the mobo doens't really work. Looking forward to possibly 2 raid 0 drives for boot, and 2 large raid 1 drives for data
