I just added a used SATA HD to my computer. I used KDE Partition Manager to create two partitions, Steam for Windows and Steam for Linux. When I try to set up an additional library for Steam for Linux it says its mounted as read only! How do I get it to let me use the partition for games?

I solved it. I opened dolphin with the sudo command, selected the drive/partition, right clicked the file list, selected properties, selected the permissions tab and changed user and group to my user name, I don't know why I didn't think of that in the first place. I hope you didn't have a "cars keys in the refrigerator" episode like I did yesterday. once when I was a teenager I caught myself trying to put a gallon of milk in the cabinet! Luckily no one saw that... I hope.Originally posted by GreyGeek View PostUh oh.
