systemd update screwed up policy kit [network manager and muon/qapt]

    I don't think you need cgmanager with the latest packages (I don't have it installed and see no issues...I don't have muon installed, but network manager works fine here). You do need libcgmanager0, though.

    btw, you don't need gksu (gnome graphical sudo wrapper) in kubuntu to run dolphin as root, you can simply use "kdesudo dolphin" (kdesudo is installed by default)

      thx a lot kubicle
      purged the cgmanager...still works...so libcgmanager0 was the issue not cgmanager
      also the packet manager now shows it as a dependency
