Where did my tags go?

Following upgrade from KDE 4.12.* to 4.13 Beta my system tags went missing. This is both in KDEPIM as well as Dolphin/desktop.

Is this supposed to happen on migration from Nepomuk to Baloo or something went wrong? If something went wrong, can I somehow find and reopen the tags?
