make Kubuntu stop asking to upgrade

Now the update system in 13.10 keeps asking me to upgrade to 14.04. I don't want to do that just yet. I want to give it a month or two so that I have the chance to read people's feedback on the new distro and to give developers the shot at fixing bugs via people's feedback. I therefore don't want the upgrade system to keep bugging me to upgrade, but of course I still want to be notified of updates to 13.10.

    How do I accomplish this?
Kubuntu 22.04 (desktop & laptop), Windows 7 &2K (via VirtualBox on desktop PC)

open your software sources (muon -> settings -> configure software sources)
then under the updates tab you can change the release upgrade options on when to show..

if you decide in the futre you want to upgrade you can just use the command
do-release-upgrade (use -d if you want to upgrade to devel version ) i always do my release upgrades via konsole using that command.
