A few days after upgrading to 13.10 a new problem has developed. Any active window, like the one I'm typing in at the moment, will just lose focus. I cannot tell what is stealing its focus but maybe something with the task bar? I've seen reference to this before and tried to create a new rule about focus but what I've tried hasn't worked.
So, how do I figure what is stealing focus (nothing obvious is showing up) and then how do I make it not steal focus?

Update: it seems related to the battery monitor apps and only happens when the battery isn't fully charged. I cannot figure out if there is a way to right a focus rule just for that app or if it should be taken care of with the more general plasma rule?
