KRunner does not appear on keyboard shortcut

After boot KRunner does not appear on Alt+F2. I have to right-click desktop and select Run command... there. After a couple of seconds KRunner dialog appears, and after that keyboard shortcuts work as well. Not a big problem, but perhaps someone knows a solution?
    Everything was ok on 13.04

Is the KRunner shortcut available ?

KDE System Settings > Shortcuts and Gestures >Global Keyboard Shortcuts > Run Command Interface

    Is the krunner running ?

Before you start the the krunner from the 'Run command' start the konsole and run the command:
    Code:
    ps aux | grep krunner
    What it is telling ?

The Krunner should be started automatically by the /usr/share/autostart/krunner.desktop
Is the desktop file there ?

Shortcuts are enabled, autostart desktop file is in place (http://privatepaste.com/2a12495c6e), however, krunner process is not running until I launch it with "Run command...". I checked syslog for possible krunner related errors, but I do not see anything there: http://privatepaste.com/3c0415e2cc
