Sound low

Sound is fine now I had to select the right setting in kmix which was anglog sound not surround.

How do I post a image I have one of the alsamixer but do not know how to post it. when I do the image always has the path not the image.

When I play muisc MP3 or movies (MKV) the sound is low enough so that I can not hear it. I did some searching and it seems that this is an issue. Is there anyway to fix this? Here is my audio device info. I am looking at alsamixer see if it is installed, the backend is gstreamer. if you look in the audio settings in kmix.
