    KDE locks up

Hi, I have had a problem since the SS upgrade that my desktop enviroment freezes & only mouse movements work but no button selections.
History:- I downloaded final raring iso & installed it to my laptop (specs see my sig) -> Dist upgrade to saucy. I have deleted my .kde folder in my home directory just in case there is some form of corruption. I can ctl + alt F1 to a terminal & that works fine. I have looked in /var/log the only message that looks vaigly sinister is in kdm.log where it complains about D-Bus call fail.

At this point I would love any help I can get

    Cheers Cary

Ok might have found the problem, I created a new user fred, logged in as him & after 2 hours no lockup. I decided to try some experimentation & renamed my .mozilla folder & retry. So far so good :-)

If you don't experiment how long does it take for a new User to be effected?

I just downloaded and tried this testing release after quite some time away from Kubuntu. I also found no buttons to close/min/max titlebar. But other than that no freeze as of yet.
