KDE 4.12 on Kubuntu 13.04?

Is there a way to install KDE 4.12 in 13.04? It only seems available in the backports of 12.04 and 13.10? But I don't want to upgrade to 13.10 right now and I don't want to spoil my 12.04 install to test 4.12...

No, as normally these sort of updates are only built for the current release, plus the LTS.
