I've just discovered that the wired network connection on my laptop is constantly reporting the cable is unplugged after the Ringtail upgrade. Wifi is working fine and the hardware is OK (booted to a rescue disk and tried the network there, no issues).
I've also just discovered that it works OK in the docking station as well (although it now comes up with a second wired connection which I don't think it did in the past).
Any ideas what might be causing this and how to trouble shoot it?
