I installed a clean version of 12.10 64-bit on the 18th. After installation, I connected to the internet and it told me I had updates. I updated the system and it told me there was a distribution upgrade to 13.04. It went ahead with no problems. I LATER discovered that 13.04 is not even available yet. What's going on? (I also tried later that day to do a dist-upgrade to my main Kubuntu system but it didn't find anything.)
