    raindrop desktop effect

    Hi,
How can i enable the raindrop desktop effect?
I mean the effect where the dscktop would be like a water surfuce with a ropple afect of raindrops randomly showing on the desktop.
I was using it almost 10 years ago and I could not allocate it now

Compiz has/had that, but KDE's compositor does not have such an effect.

      Thanks for the reply
Is there is any way to have it (e.g. plugin, application, etc..)

you could install compiz , compizconfig-settings-manager & fusion-icon ...... and use the fusion-icon to switch between kwin and compiz .......but this had some quirks last time I tried it (I do not remember what thay were ) but it did work .....you do this at your own risk

It should be possible to write this as a kwin script. Never tried it myself but I heard is quite easy.
