LVM Crypt and add a new disk!

I've installed Ubuntu 12.10 with LVM and full drive encryption during install,

Now i got two more disks i'd love to add to the LVM, so its seen as one big disk, and then encrypt it, so its also encrypted,
but gets decrypted/unlocked for use with the bootloader like my system partition does...

now i know you all probably will yell RTFM or search, but i've read alot, the more i read the more i get insecure that i know what im dooing,
and now im here to ask, how is it setup, LVM on LUKS or LUKS on LVM?

im pretty sure there are more people that are keen to know how to add another drive to the lvm group and get another crypted drive added...

so how to i add another disk?, my guess is i format the disk as ext3/4 and then add the LVM flag to that partition, then somehow im supposed to make another crypted partition on this partition, and ofcourse add it to the LVM in some way...
