    OpenVPN ciphers missing

    Hello,
I was trying to set up a Open VPN connection using the network manager from kde, and the configuration from my VPN requires me to set a specif cipher.
The problem is that I am not able to set the cipher options in the network manager. The drop down menu is grayed out with the message "OpenVPN cipher lookup failed". There is obviously something wrong any ideas how to fix this?

I am running kubuntu 12.10 64bits, I have reinstalled the OS but the problem remains.

This is an image off what I am seeing

Configuring openVPN for KDE Network Manager might be of help.
Using Kubuntu Linux since March 23, 2007

I just set up a vpn connection, though not using openvpn. Most likely have to install network-manager-openvpn which provides the plugins you need to get started. (I needed to install network-manager-pptp on my Lubuntu box )
