    I screwed up my sound

And I am not sure what I do. I was messing around with getting my HDMI sound working. I am able to see the playback on my TV but no sound. So I went to Phonon>Sound and Video Configuration.

This is what I am not:

    Audo Playback
    Built in Audio analog stereo
RS880 HDMI Audoi (Radeon HD 4200 Series) Digital Stereo (HDMI)
    Dummy output (greyed out)

    Hardware Setup
    Hardware
Sound card: RS880 HDMI Audoi (Radeon HD 4200 Series)
    Profile: Digital Stero (HDMI) Output

    Device Configuration
Sound Device: Playback RS880 HDMI Audoi (Radeon HD 4200 Series) Digital Stereo (HDMI)
    Connector HDMI/DisplayPort

    Backend
    GStreamer

Now I have no sound on the normal laptop speakers, I cannot remember what setting changed but can someone guide me to the default setting...hahhaha that worked 10 minutes ago.

And how do I get the sound to come out the TV when using the HDMI cable?

    Thank you
