double monitor

Hello,
I am using two monitors, even though i configured them and save the configuration, sometimes computer starts by cloning the first monitor to other instead of using the monitors separately. Can you suggest something?

I too use two monitors but only when booting into the nVidia drivers and it has no issues.
Maybe you can tell us what hard and software you are using.
