You haven't lived Linux on the road until you've done a do-release-upgrade via in-flight wi-fi. Fun fun!

package-data-do Adobe flash plugin
Hi
Tenuis lol
Reason for this post:
Kubu/Kde/Ubu/Quetzal just continues to amaze me.
Muon wanted to do some updates and I normally use sudo but lately have been letting Muon do some of the work if it didn't seem to be "too big".
Muon updated but could not update adobe flash plugin because of "incompatibility problems". (It also removed custom colours for FF).
In a few seconds the little yellow light bulb appeared in panel and nagged me that an update was available.
So I clicked it and go the "package-data-do" window(a terminal actually).
flashplugin-installer: downloading http://archive.canonical.com/pool/pa...43.orig.tar.gz
Installing from local file /tmp/tmpivGZz_.gz
Flash Plugin installed.

Totally agree. I installed the daily the other day. Couldn't wait. I've kept it up to date, but so far no trouble at all, bar an issue with the analogue clock widget. I stick it on my desktop, but when I log back in it's all broken up and only part of the hands are showing. I've just replaced it with something else as anything could be causing it, so no harm done. But when you can say that is the only problem you've had, you know you are spoiled!
Well done Kubuntu!PUNCH IT CHEWIE!
