    Hi...

    Welcome to the forum

    If you type...

    Code:
    about:plugins
in the address bar and hit "enter," does it show in the list of enabled plugins?

thanks you for answer me, i say you.. all plugins are enabled (windows-media-player, real-player, quick-time, etc), but I dont hear sound in "www.losespecialesdelime" when it's already installed the gecko-media-player add-on.

I don't know if I should install another package

      Thank you and Regards too..

If you check your plug-ins again as ardvark71 said and look for "x-mplayer2".
I suggest you don't have it listed.

If this is the case then you will need to install "browser-plugin-vlc" from the repositories.
        Kubuntu 12.04 - Acer Aspire 5750G

          Hi....

Thanks bra|10n, your answer was better.

EDIT: I checked the website snh gave after installing "browser-plugin-vlc" myself and I was able to hear sound. Before, I didn't either.

@snh: Just open a terminal, such as konsole, and type in...

          Code:
          sudo apt-get install browser-plugin-vlc
Or you can use a package manager to obtain it as well. I use Synaptic. After you install, open Firefox and give it a shot.

          Regards...
