12.04 Installed Great
As I was still experimenting I did a clean install of 12.04, and I have to say what a great experience 
webcam and my Brother MFCJ415W installed easily. Installed VM from Oracle without a hitch (needed to install DKMS first) and installed XP, only for skype and msm and my webcam works in my VM too
