The last time I built a computer from motherboard up was to install Edgey EFF so I am hardly an up to date expert in the hardware aspect of computing.
This loyal machine has now developed a hardware fault and it is time for a new one. I am contemplating getting an AMD processor with a UEFI motherboard. Am I likely to run into install problems when putting Precise onto the machine? It will not be a dual boot, I only use Linux / Kubuntu
