12.04.1 amd64 torrent returns "not authorized"

I tried downloading the Kubuntu 12.04.1 amd64 torrent this evening and keep getting the error "requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker" from KTorrent. I notice there was a discussion on the mailing list about this happening in April of this year. Perhaps the same bug has reemerged from the shadows?

you could be right ,,,,,,I get the same error trying to seed it ...but it did DL for me but that was a month or so ago, a day or 2 later I started getting this error on the seed's
