Live CD Install does not work (2012-01-28)

Yesterdays (27-Jan) Live ISO ran nicely from a USB stick but the install icon on the desktop did fail.
I tried again with today’s (28-Jan) version but the same problem occurred, no installation possible.

So I downloaded the Alternative ISO and it installed without problems.

Yeah, I ran into that as well, used the alternate.

Might be a problem with python - jockey isn't working either. I noticed a seg fault relating to python in dmesg

Ah, I thought Jockey worked for me because I had enabled the 3rd. party repo's but found it weird.
Now you mention Python I suddenly remember I did a reinstall of it because I couldn't get the root actions to work in Dolphin and that seemed Python related.
The root actions are still not working but Jockey is.

A update for python-kde just came down the line and jocky is working for me now rather than segfaulting

The daily from the 29th installed for me. The one from the 28th wouldn't run the installer. I couldn't find alternate Cds. Only Desktop.
