The file "Tag" feature in Dolphin fits a need of mine perfectly. But I can only get it working in 32 bit. Is there a trick to get it to work in 64 bit?

- Please do not use the CODE tag when pasting content that contains formatting (colored, bold, underline, italic, etc) Use the QUOTE tag instead.
The CODE tag displays all content as plain text, including the formatting tags, making it difficult to read.
