Screen problem

When playing last.fm radio, the screen starts after about 20 min to work strangely. I gets black and there is pieces of the desktop showing. I thought maybe this was flash problem, but I visit other web sites containing flash and nothing strange happens. I have also updated the driver for the grapics card, but to no awail.

When this happens, I have to log out and back. Then everything seems to be ok, but I have to keep away last.fm.

Has anybody a clue about what this issue is about?

The first thing coming to my mind is overheating of the video card.
But for the same it might be a buffer overflow in some application.

psensor is an application to check and graphically display temperatures.
