cannot shutdown completly

help my computer not shut down it always freeze when shutdown, my video card is nvidia geforce gtx 460 se, please help

i have teh same problem i dont think its your vid card i have a generic on board vid card an it does same thing on my sons box....try doing all teh updates rel;eased today once done my sons an mine shutdown problem went away.
