Need a recommendation for a PCI NIC that autodetects and works in Kubuntu. The Netgear GA-311 doesn't. Even a wireless card would work. 100BASE-T is all I really need. It's easier to toss money at the problem then edit 5 files, recompile the kernel, and waste another week.

SOLVED!!! I took back the Netgear GA311, and bought an ASUS NX1001 which worked like a champ. Cheaper also. Trust the geeks.Comment
