    PulseAudio trouble

    Hello all.

I have just installed Kubuntu 11.10 on my Intel iMac 21.5 " via Wubi in Win7. It runs like an absolute charm. I never had any luck with Refit so Wubi is a godsend.
I like to stream my music to my Apple TV and/or Apple Airport It should be possible according to the various postings i read. I am using the PulseAudio sound server and have wired and wifi internet access. But in the PulseAudio Preferences dialogue box, all the network options under all the tabs are greyed out. Is there anything that i missed.
Please check out the attached screenshot for the configuration.

    Thank you.

    Re: PulseAudio trouble

I too am seeing the network options grayed out as in your paprefs screenshot. However, I rebooted and now my Mythbuntu server shows in pavucontrol and veromix, but I'm not at all sure how to direct the sound in veromix. Streamed audio to the Mythbuntu box gets very choppy upon window switches and other odd stuff.

Seems there should be a simple means to direct a stream to wherever I want it to go, but not so since padevchooser was dropped with Pulse Audio 1.0.
