    Dual Boot Problems

Hi, Purchased my M/B in Jan 2012 M5A97 EVO, Prior to building my system with this mb I was dual booting Kubuntu with Win XP, since the new mb has been setup I continually lose my boot menu, have just lost it again for the third time after updating my bios, I updated my bios because of instability, I wonder if anybody can help me regain my boot menu without re-installing 2 os's, currently have opensuse on one drive with winxp on the other drive, opensuse was the only boot menu (Grub) I could get to work, would like to put kubuntu back because I never had one problem in 18mths, opensuse is so unstable, continually crashes, I am sure it is something to do with the mb as I never had these problems before, used an asus M2a-VM HDMI befor changing with an AthlonX2 5200 and 4Gb Ram. Thanks in advance, sirray
