    Other applications opening Konqueror

(The title is horrible) I learned recently from experience, that KHTML was upgraded meaning that a lot more works in Konqueror on the web. I love this (don't ask me why). But there's still one thing I can't figure out how to fix. When another application opens Konqueror so it can show a specific web page (in this case, it's Gwenview opening Facebook so I can allow Gwenview to post photos.) Konqueror downloads the webpage to my HDD first, then opens it. This is HORRIBLE because half of the time it opens it like it's a text file and all's I see is HTML/XML. Is there ANY way to make Konqueror open the page like a normal browser?

    Hi
If you open Konqueror in terminal, just type "Konqueror" or if you are having display problems then "Konqueror --visual low color". you will see a complete listing of what is happening and that might help.

However, I don't use Facebook much and so thought I'd try opening a picture to post it and there was no "default" thing about going anywhere for a browser to do stuff that I saw, so possibly if you outlined the steps for someone more knowledgeable than I to peruse it might speed an answer.

      Here's exactly what I did:

I opened Gwenview, found a photo that I wanted to upload to Facebook, clicked Share (you might have to look under the menu bar somewhere) and chose Facebook. When the dialog opened, I had to verify it with Facebook, so it popped up a message stating that it had opened the verification dialog in my web browser. Konqueror downloaded the web page that Gwenview told it to open, and opened that instead.
