<SOLVED> Muon not showing filter panel, and only limited preferences options

I run three KB boxes; all 3 now have natty installed.

    1. In Muon, on my two secondary boxes, I have access to a filter panel on the left side of the window, but not on my main box. I cannot find any setting to twiddle to fix this. Suggestions?

    2. On my two secondary boxes, in the Muon preferences modal window, I have options to display "general" and "notifications" preferences, but on my main box, only the "notifications" option is available, and it's selected by default. How can I fix this?

All three machines were upgraded to 11.04 yesterday, and all three are running Muon 1.1.2.

    Thanks for any help!

UPDATE: I have confirmed that this minimal interface appears only when one clicks the "update" option on the Muon system tray notifier. Launched from the KMenu, the full interface appears.
