How to use KTorrent

I want to help seed the Kubuntu 11.04 iso. I have it downloaded and I'm using KTorrent. I clicked the new torrent button and chose the iso. Now what do I add for the trackers, dht nodes, and web seeds to make it a torrent for the Kubuntu iso that people will download when they're downloading the official torrent?

if you downloaded the Kubuntu 11.04 iso. with Ktorrent it was seeding as soon as it finished downloading all you had to do was leave ktorrent running and not change the location of the downloaded file.
