    KDEWallet

Hello. Why does kubuntu 11.04 always ask me for my KDE wallet password every time I log in when it tries to activate my wireless? The other linux variants just remember the password after I give it to it the first time.
    Thanks,
    Irwin

    Re: KDEWallet

those other distros are probably not saving the passowrds in kwallet, but in a text file (unencrypted). You can disable kwallet, or from within knetworkmanager, there is the option to save the wireless passwords in the text file. You can find that in the Manage Connections section, under "Other"

Or you can set the password in kdewallet to nothing.
