ATI HD 3870 driver

Hello

I am going to install Kubuntu 11.04.
On a clean instal how i have to configure the driver so i can get full use of the sistem.

Another thing wort mentionaning is that my PC is HDMI conected to 32LCD TV

Hello, welcome to kubuntuforums

There are two ways to do what you ask.

1: (easy way)
once you install kubuntu, go to k-menu-> Applications -> system -> Additional drivers

If you have an internet connection active, your graphics card will be autodetected. The window will inform you about the fglrx drivers.
Install them (will ask you for the administrator password), reboot and you are ready to go.

2: (less easy way)
in the link you provided, read the Release Notes pdf and follow the instructions. You'll install reboot, and be ready to go.
