SOLVED: Where is the video configuration in Narwhal?

Sorry if it is a silly question

I go into System Settings>Multimedia

There is a section headed sound and video settings but all I can see is 2 tabs for Audio and Phonon

if I use the hardware info utility it does recognise I have a graphics card installed:

GPU: nVidia Corporation G73 [GeForce 7600 GS] (rev a2)

KMenu > System > Additional Drivers (or "Additional Hardware", or "Hardware Drivers", or something like that).
