Nvidia driver shows activated but not in use?

Upgraded and everything seems fine, except an ugly/broken splash screen. But when I check the additional driver options, it says the nvidia driver is "activated but not in use".
Didn't see any option to change this, and the nvidia-x-server settings option seems fine.

Anything to worry about?
Anything I can fix, if I should be worried about it?

I had that too, so I "removed" and "re-activated" it and all was fine.

I tried that last night and it didn't seem to change anything, but I'll try it again today

Everything seems to work fine though, which is the odd part.
