    Actions for mounting a CD

    When I insert a CD in the slot of my laptop, I get (after a pause) a choice of several actions, one of which is "Cppy with K3b". Is there a way to add an action for "Rip using k3b"?

    Don't you have the "Extract Digital Audio with K3b" ?

    It is (at here) same as the K3b > Tools > Rip Audio CD.

    Code:
    cat /usr/share/kde4/apps/solid/actions/k3b_audiocd_rip.desktop
    [Desktop Entry]
    X-KDE-Solid-Predicate=[StorageVolume.ignored == false AND OpticalDisc.availableContent == 'Audio']
    Actions=K3bRip;
    Type=Service
    X-KDE-Priority=TopLevel

    [Desktop Action K3bRip]
    Name=Extract Digital Audio with K3b
    Exec=k3b --cddarip %i
    Icon=k3b
    X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain=desktop_extragear-multimedia_k3b

    Code:
    k3b --help
    Usage: k3b [Qt-options] [KDE-options] [URL(s)]
    ...
    Options:
    ...
    --cddarip <device> Extract Audio tracks digitally (+encoding)
    ...

      Yes, thanks. I misread it and thought it was referring to something else.

        I find myself mis-reading things more often the older I get. Frustrating...
