How do I go about contributing a wallpaper image to Kubuntu/Plasma?

Kubuntu use whatever wallpapers KDE itself releases, but you can create an account at kde-look.org and post them there, and they will show up in the get New Wallpaper applet. i don't know the process but the number of wallpapers available there every day is quite large so it probably isn't a difficult process
