I have a recurring problem where my panel and window borders disappear, typically when I have several windows open. The only way to get them back is to log out and back in again. I assume this has to do with overworking the cpu, though I'm not certain. Does anyone know what's going on?

Not without knowing about your GPU and PC specs (processor type/speed, amount of installed RAM).Windows no longer obstruct my view.
