I can't seem to find keyboard shortcuts for switching desktops or activities or even switching tasks which is odd because I know that you can switch tasks with alt+tab very nice, but how anybody would know this from looking at the shortcut managers idk.

Ctrl+F1 Switch to Desktop 1
Ctrl+F2 Switch to Desktop 2
Ctrl+F3 Switch to Desktop 3
