sharing net for 2 wifi laptops (dyn ip - lan) through router (static ip - wan)

    hi friends...
i am having a very complex problem. thought u might give me some clues about resolving it...thx in advance..
    here is my confs..

ISP given ip details for laptop...
    IP: 172.16.128.97
    Subnet: 255.255.255.128
    Gateway: 172.16.128.1
    DNS: 172.16.0.1

web login page address..yes..my isp only supports weblogin..only then i can surf the net..
    hxxp://192.168.183.201

    my router is d-link 2640T..admin page 192.168.1.1..

i have two laptops dell 1535 (kubuntu 10.10) and hp (win 7).

I WANT: connect both my laptop to router via wifi and surf the net. the prob is that my isp has given me only one static ip from their private network. so, i cant assign another ip to my another laptop and login. i tried and failed. cause whenever i tried to login through their web login page it says "username and ip mismatch"..

i tried to many ways..like gave router wan address as isp given me for my laptop. and connect my two laptops to routers LAN and surf the net. but i cant access any of their ip or login page.

if guys hav any help for this plz tell me how..thx

Read it all, but look at section 4.3.1.3 closely
