    No HDMI audio output

I'm trying to get audio working through HDMI on Kubuntu 10.10 and having no luck. The hardware shows up when I run aplay -l as shown here:
    Code:
**** List of PLAYBACK Hardware Devices ****
    card 0: NVidia [HDA NVidia], device 0: ALC662 rev1 Analog [ALC662 rev1 Analog]
     Subdevices: 1/1
     Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
    card 0: NVidia [HDA NVidia], device 1: ALC662 rev1 Digital [ALC662 rev1 Digital]
     Subdevices: 1/1
     Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
card 0: NVidia [HDA NVidia], device 3: NVIDIA HDMI [NVIDIA HDMI]
     Subdevices: 1/1
     Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
However, when I go to System Settings > Multimedia > Phonon, the only device that shows up there is "Internal Audio Analog Stereo". Same thing in pavucontrol.

Audio output from the analog jacks as well as the optical S/PDIF jack work just fine, but nothing through HDMI. Please help!
