Am having issues displaying the whole screen in the vertical orientation from a Vaio VGN-580P to my Gateway through the VGA port. Yes it's one of the monitor with the 1680 x 1050 resolution - great for reading code and newspapers but not when half the screen is missing.
I can't find where it lists what it sees the monitor as and which driver its using.
Has anyone run into a solution for this since several years ago when I know it was still an open issue ?
