It appears that each section in the dmesg stream has at its beginning a reference to npviewer.bin. Doing a google on npviewer.bin brings up a thread at the Ubuntu forums about an Adobe flash plugin for Firefox or perhaps a 64 bit wrapper for the plugin. I looked at my own Firefox plugins via about

lugins, and see no such reference. I know I have flash so I did:

Perhaps there's a bad flash plugin package that was installed and simply needs to be removed and re-installed.

There can be no reference to npviewer.bin, this is todays dmesg. I think there could be something wrong with iwl wifi driver.

When was the last time you checked the RAM on that box?

(IF the RAM checks out OK then perhaps your iso was not md5sum compliant, or your burn was defective?)

I will do a ram checkout soon,
Md5 was verified before I've burnt the CD, so its not the case.

The other thing is - I've had used gentoo for some time and had never such problems... ;/

Did you also verify the burned CD? (There is an option on the LiveCD menu to do that)
